Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the jj9999 platform:

Any additional accounts detected will be closed and associated balances suspended pending review.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a jj9999 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal from your jj9999 Account, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This will require you to submit the following documents to jj9999 support via the designated verification channel:

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Refusal of Transactions

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jj9999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion and the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jj9999 operates automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating bonus exploitation with other Users. Where bonus abuse is identified, jj9999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

jj9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users who have commenced qualifying activity in good faith reliance on a published promotion.

Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the jj9999 Platform are subject to acceptance by jj9999 at its sole discretion. jj9999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to where a bet is placed after an event has concluded or where the odds were published in error.

7.2 Palpable Errors

Where odds, spreads, or game parameters are published due to a manifest error (a "palpable error"), jj9999 reserves the right to void any bets placed on those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have been settled. jj9999 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets voided under this clause.

7.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

All cricket and sports betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 tournaments — are governed by jj9999's Sport Betting Rules, which are published in the jj9999 FAQ section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In-play betting markets close automatically at the moment of each qualifying in-game event; bets accepted after such closure are void.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino games including Andar Bahar, slots, live roulette, baccarat, and Teen Patti are operated on certified random number generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jj9999 Platform — including but not limited to the jj9999 brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, software, text, promotional materials, and any other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of jj9999 or its licensed third-party game providers. No User is granted any right, title, or interest in any jj9999 intellectual property by virtue of registering an Account or using the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any content from the jj9999 Platform without prior written authorisation from jj9999. Unauthorised use of jj9999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj9999 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

jj9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jj9999 makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability and integrity, unscheduled downtime may occur. jj9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability during live betting events.

jj9999's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

jj9999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we have implemented a range of tools and resources to support affected individuals.
